Nowhere in the Bible does it state; Darkness is bad...Only that the Light is good. Most of us fear Darkness because it is the unknown, yet we welcome the Darkness (Unknown) when it's time for our bodies to sleep, heal, and grow! Where does our fear go then?. Let's look at it from another angle such as Darkness being GODS ultimate protector of the Light (Knowledge). Remember "GOD gives us no more than we can handle" meaning that the Light (Knowledge) is kept in the Dark (Unknown) until we are proven to be worthy, capable and ready to properly recieve it.
